In mid July 2010, after almost six years in publication, Disabled American Veteran (National Office) formally communicated to Disabled American Veteran Chapter 3 (Nashville) that  The Veteran Tribune Newspaper is in violation of the Disabled American Veteran's current Constitution Bylaws and Regulations: ARTICLE 15 -Section 15.3.

 Disabled American Veteran Chapter 3 in Nashville will comply with the Disabled American Veteran (National Office) directive to not continue publishing and distributing (via print, email or Internet) The Veteran Tribune Newspaper.
